Could Missing Periods Be Due To Pregnancy?

Hi i wasexpecting my periods on july 5th but its five days late this month. it never happen. maximum my cycle 27 to 31 days maximum.. i am trying to concieve from last 10 years. i dis home pregnency test y/day but it come negative.. feeling air bubbling in vagine, fatigue. are these sign of pregnency???
