Could Missing Periods Be Due To Pregnancy?

i was on the pill for about 3 years, i recently went off (February), and had my first period on march 30th. i had sex with a condom on april 10th, and my period was due on april 27th (thats with a regular 29 day cycle) do i have a reason to worry about being pregnant?
