Could Missing Periods Be Due To Pregnancy?

Hi sir I have sex with my girlfriend after three days of her periods. After that she took I pill and after that she have pain near her private part.she consult a doctor for the same and take medicines like pills. By the medicine she have lot pf bleeding. And Now her periods date get delayed by 10 days. Is their any chance of pregenency to her
