Could Missing Periods Be Due To Pregnancy?

HI, i had intercourse before 15 days , she had period on 3rd of this month but periods yet not come, i used condoms during intercourse but still her periods are not come. she said white solution yet not discharged. is it sign of pregnancy ? is yes what need to do to avoid it? My age is 25 and her age is 19
