Could Missing Periods Be Due To Pregnancy?

I had an unprotected sex on 21 Apr and after sex i took unwanted 72 medicine , i got my periods on 28 Apr. But after that now its 7 July but i didn t get periods. Can i got pregnant? I feeling the pain that i generally feels before my periods from 5-7 days .
