Could Morphine And Other Antibiotics Destroy Sperm Cells? Any Possibility Of Pregnancy?

I have a question my boyfriend and I had sex and he came inside of me and later on that week I went to the hospital because I had a infection and they ask me if I was pregnant and I said no they gave me morphine and other antibiotics and stong medicine and I was wondering if that could kill the sperm cell and could I still get pregnant?

Thanks for the query.
They might have given medicines to treat the infection.
And not to kill the sperms.
Usually the life period of spermatozoa ranges from 2 to 4 days.
If you had ovulation around the time of intercourse there is possibility of pregnancy.

To prevent the pregnancy, emergency pill has to be taken within 72 hours of the intercourse.
After that usually medicines won't work for prevention of pregnancy.
So, you can continue the treatment given by them to treat the infection.
Both the partners to be treated simultaneously to prevent cross infections in future.
