Could Moving Hair, Easy Skin Ulcers, And Strange Blood Odor Be Signs Of Lyme Disease?

I have been having similar symptoms to Morgan s in away my hair moves when it s attached or not attached to my head at times mostly at night in the morning and I have skin ulcers coming up very easily and my blood smells funny almost like fried rice any suggestions of what this could be a Lyme disease I ve just read so much
