Could My Paragard IUD Be Causing Widespread Pain, Nerve Symptoms, And Unusual Bleeding?

I received the Paragard iud and since then have been having ovary pain, sciatic nerve pain, now I have these rumbles that go through my legs, pain in every region of my abdomen but I have this new reoccurring brown blood that sinks into the toilet like sand very broken up pieces of blood. My doctors did ultrasounds it’s all placed well no issues. (I truthfully believed I had a pinched nerve) rhuementologist believes I have fibromyalgia from other chronic pain but most doctors won’t diagnose me or are giving me very hard times because I’m so young. Opinions the iud feels it’s really messed me up could fibromyalgia be making it worse?
