Could My Attempts At Autofellatio Have Caused Cervical Kyphosis?

Hello, after attempting autofellatio teice I noticed that I have what I think is cervical kyphosis because I can see a bump on my the lower part of my neck or upper back which is from my spine… so my question is do you think anything isn’t in place and should I visit a chiropractor to get it checked/fixed? It could have also been cause by bad posture but I think what did had an impact!!
