Could My Big Toe Be Broken If A Metal Pole Fell On It, Causing Swelling, Bruising Under The Nail, A Cut Near The Cuticle, And Pulsating Pain For 6 Hours?
Earlier today a metal pole from a trampoline we were moving fell directly on my big toe. There was immediate swelling. There is a break in the skin right at the cuticle and brushing under the nail. There’s been pulsating pain since it happened about 6 hours ago. Could it be broken?

I think there is a possibility that you broke it. You may need to do a X-ray immediately in order to check if it is broken or not. You may need to go to ER.
