Could My Bleeding, Itchy, And Painful Cherry Angioma Be An Amelanotic Melanoma?

I have a cherry angioma and it bleeds a lot and it itches and hurts and I had read up on it and it said that it could resemble a amelanotic melanoma which is skin cancer but I want to get a doctor opinion online bc I don’t have any insurance to go to doctor
