Could My Blistered Nose And Persistent Puffy Eyes After A Severe Sunburn Be Signs Of Sun Poisoning?

I got a really bad sun burn recently, at first that was all it was, but now my nose has little pockets in it where it almost seems as if there is another layer of skin on top of it, I tried to pop one of them and a clear water-like fluid came out, similar to when you pop a blister. This morning I woke up with extremely puffy eyes, which I have never had in my life, and they are not de-puffing even with ice and a cold spoon. Do I have sun poisoning?
