Could My Body Pain, Butterfly-shaped Facial Rash, Burning Sensations, Dizziness, And Temporary Paralysis Be A Sign Of Conversion Disorder?

I recently have been having general body pain for about a week accompanied by a butterfly shaped rash on my face that extents to the bottom of my earlobes. Last night was the worst I’ve felt and I had dizziness, burning sensations in my chest, stomach, and back and I gradually became temporarily paralyzed from the neck down. I was taken to the hospital and they could not figure out what was wrong with me. My paralysis subsided after a couple hours. I’m still feeling some of my symptoms today excluding the paralysis. Could this just be conversion or something wise?
