Could My Child Be Getting Repeated Infections From Nan Pro Formula, Or Is There Another Cause For Her Vomiting, Diarrhea, And Fever After Reintroducing It?

My baby was diagnosed with sepsis with CRP 113 and diarrhea on 12th Jan. She was admitted and discharged on 22nf Jan. From 12th Jan she was on zerolac till 11th Feb. On 12th Feb i.e. after one month, we gave her Nan pro. But after one feed of Nan pro of 60 ml, she continuously started vomiting and loose motions with 101 fever and CRP 20. I was feeding her Nan pro from birth till she was diagntwith diarrhea. My ques is whether there is possibility she is getting infection again and again from Nan pro or due to any other reason
