Could My Child’s Loose Stools Be A Side Effect Of His Bronchitis Medications, And Will Hidrasec And Erceflora Regulate Bowel Movement?

Hello, I just want to consult my son was diagnose last July 4 acute bronchitis he was given ceclor for 7 days, levopront syrup, nebulize with pulmodual nebule and allerkid syrup. After he finished the medication. On July 15-16 he got non stop cough so decided to bring him again to the pedia was prescribe budesonide nebule 2x a day for 5 days and Ventolin salbutamol nebule 3 x day for 5 days. His cough become better but he started to have loose stool frm July 21 to present July 27 I was wondering if this is a side effect? So decided again to bring to pedia and was given hidrasec 30g 3 x a day and erceflora once a day. Will my son lbm will go back to normal? Pls help I m so helpless now. Thank you.
