Could My Constant Back And Right Shoulder Pain Be Caused By My Liver Hemangioma?

Hi, I have had a liver hemangioma on my liver which was found in 2018. I have started to get horrible constant back pain with right shoulder pain sine august 2020. May this hemangioma be the cause of my pain? I have seen a spine surgeon and had a mri of my entire spine which came out normal.
