Could My Constant Weakness, Fainting, Difficulty Breathing, And Low Heart Rate Be Life-threatening?

Hello.... I ve been feeling weak most of the time, I keep fainting... (and feeling like fainting) most of the time... it s very hard to breathe, eat, and drink normally..... (mostly function normally) and I would like to know.. would that possibly mean I have a chance of death? (this also comes with me having low blood rate that almost ended up with me dying.)
