Could My Continuous Tinnitus For 5 Weeks Be Caused By Adjusting My Shunt?

Out of nowhere I got tinnitus, which has been going on continuously for 5 weeks. Does anyone have any experience? The doctor adjusted my shunt to a higher setting, but it hasn t helped yet. I m desperate. They say I should look for the cause elsewhere, so I m wondering if this could be from the shunt?
