Could My Daughter S Blurry Vision, Purple Spots, And Upset Stomach Be Related To Her Iron Issues

My Daughter that is almost 8 has been seeing purple spots as I was walking her to school this morning. She asked me that one eye was blury and one she said she can see purple spots and around Lunch time the school rings me saying she got upset stomach I don’t know about headache she rearly gets them what is it? She had a Dieabeties test last year but all clear she dosn’t have it but has Iron issues can it be that?????
