Could My Fall Affect The Trigeminal Neuralgia Surgery A Year Later Considering Microvascular Disease And Past Injuries?

Hello. I had a fall in April of 2019. I sustained injyries to my shoulder (reverse shoulder replacement, (left) Hearing loss (left ear), Bruised hip (left), Hand injuries (left), I have Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome (Spinal Stimulator implanted). I had Trigeminal Nueralgia surgery (Dr. Janetta) around 2010). My question is. Could my fall in 2019 casue issues with the Trigeminal surgery from years ago? My Neurologist (Dr. Erin Canale now says the I have microvascular disease (mild). I am a 60 year old male.
