Could My Green Nails, Swollen Breast, Lymph Pain, Petechiae, And Coughing Be Connected?

Hello. 4 days ago my nails had turned green, i assumed i got some natural stuff from swimming in a lake. The next day a boil showed up. the next day I noticed my breast was swollen, and the lymphatic vessels are swollen and painful. yesterday I woke up with my left rib/lung feeling sore. I now have Petechiae on my legs, a tight throat, and coughing fits.
