Could My Hard Lump Near The Skull, Worsening Fatigue, Tight Throat, And Neck Pain Be Related To Methotrexate Or Something Else?

Hi got a hard lump just under back of skull on the right, had it for years but feels a bit bigger now suffering with really bad fatigue and aching body I also have psoriasis and im on methotrexate injections, been on them for about 8 weeks, front of my throat feels tight and when I swallow feels like it s closing in, sore achy feeling down sides of neck and achy ears.
