Could My Husband’s Post-hernia Surgery Nausea And Leg Pain Indicate Pancreatic Cancer, Given His Family History?

My husband had hernia surgery and every since he has been very sick to his stomach and it feels like something is eating away at his stomach. Now the muscles in his leg are having a great deal of pain. Is it possible this could be pancreatic cancer? It runs in his family. He was told a couple years ago that he had cancer but nobody ever seemed to acknowledge it. possibly the surgery woke it up. He is 58 this november
