Could My Joint Pain, Tingling, And Muscle Weakness Be Linked To A Condition Like Rheumatoid Arthritis?

Hello I have joint pain in fingers , knees and feet. I have headaches and tingling arms and legs. The tingling has been going on for a few years but recently the pain started. I have muscle weakness in hands. I had blood tests and they showed no inflammatory markers. I have not had X-ray or MRI as the doctor through these wouldn’t show anything. My sister has Rheumatoid Arthritis, my grandad has Psorasis and my Nan has Lukemia.
