Could My Leg And Back Pain Be A Side Effect Of Adcirca Twice Daily For Pulmonary Hypertension?

I suffer from arterial pulmonary hypertension, & c.o.p.d. I am taking uptravi and this week my pulminologist started me on a 2nd drug named, adcirca . I have only been on this drug a few days. I am having a lot of pain in my legs, left knew and lower back on both sides. I also have restless leg syndrome. do you know if the pain I am having is a side effect of adcirca 20 mg. twice per day for a total of 40.
