Could My Leg Swelling, Arm Weakness, Tingling, And Memory Issues Be Due To B12 Deficiency, Or Are They Related To My Chronic Spinal Disc Problem?

Hi, for several months I have had severe swelling in my lower legs with prominent adema, they are very painful to the touch and if I crouch down that also causes a lot of discomfort and feel like my legs are going to burst open! My left arm going down to my finger tips is weak and I’m unable to hold anything properly with that hand (I have dropped things many times) and my memory and speach has worsened. My other health issues are I have ruptured disc in my lower back (L2) of which I’m taking tapentadol for, I’ve had this problem for around 8 years now and it’s progressively got worse over time so I’m very limited to what I can do due to the chronic pain. My b12 levels are 180 and I’ve been having injections twice a week for 2 weeks so far and have another 3 weeks of injections to do! Do you think the symptoms of tingling in the legs, swelling and numbness (also in my arm) is to do with my deficiencies? I don’t feel any different as of yet after 4 injections of the b12, my lower spine is constantly in pain. Thank you for taking the time to read and I appreciate your advice . Thank you
