Could My Lightheadedness, Chest Tightness, Fatigue, And Arm Numbness Be Anxiety Or A Sign Of Something Serious?

hello i have been having these lightheaded feelings out of nowhere and tight chest and anxiety at first i thought this was a panic attack because i only got the feeling whenever talking about marijuana but days after i still felt tight chest and i was extremely drained of my energy. Today i feel slight numb in my arms and hands Is there something serious i should be worrying about or is this just bad anxiety?
