Could My Low Platelet Count Be Affected By The Use Of Swasari Tablets, Gou Mutra, Aloe Vera, Wheatgrass, Or My Previous Alcohol Consumption?

Hi, my platelet count are low since one month. I have done test for hepatitis and also the ultrasound of abdomen, everything is normal. There is no fever, nor any symptoms. I use to take swasari table twice a day also gou mutra, aloe vera and wheat grass, does this affects platelet count? I use to drink alcohol 4 times a week but only 100ml/day, I have stopped alcohol since 1 month. Please guide me.
