Could My Nail Injury From 3 Days Ago Have Cut Off Blood Circulation Since It S Now Numb Without Tingling?

Hi doctor, I had a nail injury about 3 days ago and the nail went all the way back. I bent the nail forwards and washed it with water as i couldn t scrub it with soap. After all the blood came off I put a band - aid as i didn t have any bandages to keep the nail safe in its recovery time. I took the band - aid of last night but now it feels like the band - aid is still around it. I think that the blood circulation has been cut off and I may need help immediately as it is numb yet not tingly. Thanks.
