Could My New Chest Pain, Fever, And Shortness Of Breath Two Weeks After The Flu Indicate A Serious Complication?

I'm a 50 year old woman. I had the flu 2 weeks ago. I was fine until friday. I started getting chest pain in the left side behind my left breast that was crushing and radiated to my back and I feel like I can't catch my breath. Last night I spiked a fever. I never get fevers. My normal temp is always 96.7. It's been 99.1 even with 1,000mg Tylenol every 8 hours piggy backed with 800 mg Ibuprofen every 8 hours. So I take Tylenol then 4 hours later ibuprofen then 4 hours later Tylenol, etc.
Lump nodes are slightly swollen in my neck and an hour ago my throat started to hurt.
