Could My Occasional Foot Burning And Redness Be A Side Effect Of Consegna Injections?

i am using consegna 30/70 inj 10units 2 times and with Gemer 1 tabs. Recently I started getting burning sensation in the foot occassionally. skin redness under he feet is visible. for BP. a morning dose of Aten 25 is also being taken. sugar level is more or less under control
Is this condition due to the injections ?
