Could My Occasional Hand Tremors Be Parkinson’s Or Nerve Damage, Given My Cervical Fusion And Family History?

My hands some times shakes to where I can t mentally stop it more so in the right hand when I am moving the mouse or holding like a spoon and trying to shake something off it my hand will begin to shake, is this Parkinson or nerve damage? My mother has Parkinson and I have had a cervical fusion of C5-6 C6-7
