Could My Ongoing Abdominal Pain And Diarrhea After Returning From Bali Be Due To Foodborne Infection?

Hi. I have just returned from Bali. While there, I had a 24 hour bug where I experienced vomiting and diarrhea. I rested drank plenty of fluids and felt much better. 2 weeks later, I was on my journey home and experienced abdominal pain and diarrhea. Anything I eat or drink seems to come right out. I am home and would estimate that this is now heading into 72hours. I ate at restaurants and sent back a plate that had cheese that seemed to have soured.
