Could My Ongoing Stomach Pain, Watery Diarrhea, Sulfur Burps, And Nausea Be Related To My Diverticular Disease?

I’ve had watery diahrrea, sulphur burps, stomach pain and extreme nausea (but no actual vomiting) for 4/52 weeks now. I’ve had a stool test and no infection noted. I have diverticula disease but no flare ups in 3+ years. The sulphur gas is very frequent and very potent. The stomach pain is in the exact centre of abdomen (this is as well as a constant pain in the upper left side of abdomen that is front to back (sometimes tender to touch) which I’ve had for 1yr+)
