Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Pre eclampsia is not related to weight.
However, pre eclampsia tends to recur in subsequent pregnancies.
I will suggest you to take salt restricted diet, have regular antenatal check ups and get your blood pressure checked regularly, to detect pre eclampsia at the earliest and get appropriate treatment timely.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
