Could My Partner’s Burning And Itchiness After Unprotected Sex Be Caused By Clingen Forte?

Hi! I was prescribed clingen forte, i completed 7days of the pill and after a week, me and my partner had intercourse with out protection. After the intercourse, he started to feel burning sensation/itchiness in his penis. Is this is caused by clingen forte pill or due to muscle torn in his genital?
