Could My Persistent Cough With Green Phlegm And Sore, Swollen Feet With Calf Pain Be Related?

I am having cough since 5 months. All bloods and xray doesnt show anything. Sometimes this cough is dry but mostly with green phlegm. Also since, 3 months, i have very bad feet, soreness in soles which travels to calf. Warm to touch and accompanied by swelling when pain aggravates. Hard to walk for 10 minutes or stand 15 minutes. I need to know if there is any relation between both or it indicates something. Thanks
