Could My Persistent Leg Muscle Pain With Sickle Cell AS Indicate A Problem Beyond Typical Sickle Cell Symptoms?

Hi, I have sickle cell disease AS type, and my muscles in my legs are always sore. When I walk at the grocery store and go home I have to take pain meds to ease the pain. I ve done pain management, physical therapy, and steroid injections, it didn t help. Could there be another problem?
