Could My Persistent Sore Throat And Recurring Forehead Headache Be Related, Or Is The Headache From My Neck Bone Spur?

I have had a persistant sore throat for over a week,I have also had a headache across my forehead but I also have a bone spur thats pressing on a nerve in back of neck.I have been to physical therapy working on my posture.my headache had gone away but its back i can tolerate sore throat but not the headache.
