Could My Port-wine Stain And Dent In The Top Of My Head Be Related, And Are My Headaches And Sensitivity Possibly Due To Pressure On That Area?

Hi, I have a port wine stain birthmark on my face. I also have a dented spot in the top of my head, near the vertex, but slightly left. It feels somewhat softer, or perhaps just more sensitive? Could these two things be related? I sometimes get very intense headaches that reduce my vision and brightness tolerance, and over the head headphones can give me headaches. Am I cutting off circulation if I have something pressing on the dented area? Thanks.
