Could My Raised GGT Levels After IVF And Childbirth Be Linked To An Underlying Problem?

I have had a raised ggt blood test for 4 months now I’ve been out in waiting list for an ultrasound, there is no aparent reason for this as I had a baby 6 months ago and don’t drink alcohol. I did go through ivf to have my baby could this be linked to my bloods being abnormal? I’m very worried there is an underlying problem. Thank you
