Could My Reaction After Swallowing Sperm Be A First-time Response Or A Semen Allergy?

Hey doc, I just swallowed sperm for the first time and I searched up if I m just having a first time reaction to it or what. The search is giving me the answer of potentially being allergic to sperm. My boyfriend has been tested and he s clear. What s going on?? Thank you so much
