Hi “ I am suffering anal issue I don’t know exectly it’s piles or fisser I have operated already in 2014 of fisser but after 7 year 3 months before start pain some time beelding itching used so many creams take pilex hamilyas medicine then now a days trplaha hamilyas medicine already visit doctor 3 times he give me cream and this medicine and only said avoid constipation lctouse syrup as well but still am not feeling well not like normal before I feel sumthing always inside I don’t want to do please suggest me thank u
