Could My Recurring Arm Pain, Neck Stiffness, Low Fevers, Rash, And Extreme Fatigue Be Side Effects From The Flu Shot?

Ever since I got flu shot I have had reoccurring problems. I don t no what is triggering them. My arm has been in mild to severe pain in waves. Sometimes I can not move my neck, I get low fevers, rash, extreme fatigue but like something has taken all my energy completely. This happens on and off for days at a time.
