Could My Recurring Ear Ringing, Dizziness, Spinning, Ear Fullness, And Temporary Hearing Loss Be Related To A Perilymph Fistula?

Dr. Desai, about three times a month, I ll get a ringing in my ear. Then, right after, I get dizzy, and I feel the sensation of spinning. That spinning goes on for about 20 minutes. After that, my ear feels full, and I can t hear outta that ear for a while. I m just wondering if this could be connected to my suffering a perilymph fustula?
