Could My Recurring Swelling And White Discharge Be Another Fistula Or An External Hemorrhoid?

Hi, I recently had a L.I.F.T procedure to remove fistula on right, after I developed a fissure but thats since healed but now I see pt of the skin on left swollen and sometimes I see small amts of white discharge. Sometimes the swelling goes down but when I have a bowel movement, it flares up. I need to know if it s another fistula as doctors are telling me or an external hemorrhoid. Can I send a photo?
