Could My Reports Suggest Problem Or Surgery In Pituitary Or Parathyroid Gland?
Hi welcome to HCM.... You have high t4 and t3 level and your tsh is within normal limit .... You are taking levothyroxine tablet ... As your TSH is in normal limit here you have to investigate with CT scan like higher investigation to rule out organic pituatory cause .... Hypothyroid can lead high cholesterol level. Your cholesterol level are very high . You might need medication for that also. Liver diseases (LFT), Kidney problems (RFT), diabetis (RBS) should be ruled out as they can lead secondary hyper cholesterol.... Take low fat diet and regular exercise .... So yes it is best for examination and investigation to consult endocrinologist ... Take care ...
