Could My Rib Be Injured If I Have Pain When Breathing, Lying On That Side, Or Sneezing After A Fall?

I feel on my side on Saturday 4 or 5 days ago, and i think i done something to my ribs, it painful when i breathe in deeply, when i lay on the side i fell on i cant get comfortable and every time i sneeze it feels like i have been shot or an object has been thrown at me.
