Could My Right-sided Neck Pain, Eye Discomfort, And Temple Soreness Be Symptoms Of Temporal Arteritis?

I have neck pain on the right side of my neck now for a couple months, 3 days ago I developed pain in my right eye and soreness in my right temple. my eye only feels discomfort when i roll it around or look right to left. Could this be Temporal Arteritis
