Could My Smartwatch Be Causing Symptoms Like Heart Palpitations, Numbness, Dizziness, And Poor Sleep?

I was wearing a Samsung smartwatch and I noticed tingling in my arm, numbness, heart palpitations and skin rashes. I took the watch off to charge it and put it back on to workout and my heart was racing again and I was dizzy. I decided not to wear the watch for a few days and the symptoms are disappearing and I m starting to feel better. Is it the radiation from the watch, if so what is the long term condition of this? I was wearing the watch even when I went to bed and since I stop wearing it I sleep a lot better.
